We have dealt with Keim since they opened. The salesman we deal with (Randy Cheadle) is very friendly, he knows his stuff, and is willing to help in any way he can. I have come to consider Randy a friend. Also, the service staff is great. I have never had a bit of a problem when i have taken any of my cars there for service. I have recommended Keim to several of my firends and will continue to deal with them over any other Ford dealer in Central Ohio. They have earned a lifetime customer!

I wanted to send you a separate note about my service experience for the warranty work on my Fusion. It was one of the best auto service experiences I've ever had and I thought you would want to know. The Service Writer, Don, was very attentive and even remembered me from when I stopped by Friday to have my mileage verified. He called me a couple times to give me status updates. And the mechanic, Terry, also did a great job of explaining things to me. We went for a 10 minute drive to recreate the noise I was hearing and I really had full trust in him.

My wife and I lived in Dayton for 5 years, but moved back to Columbus in 2004. While in Dayton, we had developed a relationship with the service team at the Saturn dealership in Centerville and we have been trying to find a similar relationship since we moved back to Columbus 9 years ago. "I had a great experience with the body shop at Jim Keim Ford recently. My 2007 Mustang (purchased at your dealership in 2008) was in a collision and needed repair. My insurance carrier, State Farm, indicated that Jim Keim Ford was a preferred shop, so I chose Jim Keim since I know the dealership from having my car serviced there. As I mentioned, my experience was great, Mike took wonderful care of me and my car. He called me regularly to keep me informed on the progress of the repair. The car looks brand new again! Later in the evening on the day I picked up the car, I heard a small noise in the panel that showed up at highway speed (I don't think the technicians could have heard it). Mike had someone ride with me the next day to hear it, and it was fixed in the same day. I have already told people they should go to Jim Keim for any body shop work for the work your shop does is excellent and timely. "

John Lee the guy I was working with also the finance guy were wonderful and stayed well past their normal hours to help satisfy nagging parents and what would really be right for me, and then he went over all the SYNC stuff with me on a later date. Everyone was friendly and very very helpful, with John checking in later with me when I got my remote start put in, making sure everything went ok. I am however a little upset about one thing though. My dad made sure to make sure that I got floor mats in my car as we have had bad luck with that in the past. I DID get front mats but did not receive back mats and was not told I didn’t receive them. I have now had to put a trash bag in the back so no one ruins my floors in the back. If I would have known that when I bought it, I would have added that to the bill as its not practical at the time for me to spend 100 bucks on just back floor mats. Other than that I feel like everyone I worked with went above and beyond to help me to have a positive buying experience at Ford. Thanks"

"I started at Ricart Ford and they didn’t want to really deal on a truck. I went online and found the exact same truck at Jim Keim Ford with a lower price on the internet. We went there on Friday evening, figuring they would be open, but they had just closed. The man who ultimately was my sales person was walking out to his car. I asked him if they were closed and he said they had just closed about 15 minutes ago. I asked him if the blue F-150 on the lot was still for sale or had it been sold yet. He put his things down walked over to the truck with us and showed it to us. He said he wished he had the keys because he would unlock it for us but they were inside. I asked him about the price and he said they were taking all of the discounts and rebates Ford had and were putting them on the ’10 trucks to move them out. I told him we would let him go so he could get home. He gave me his card and asked me to come back and ask for him. We came back the next day and he was there. We ended up purchasing the truck for the price I was willing to pay for it. Ricart Ford called me back a few days later to see if I was interested in looking at the truck they had. I told him I was driving my new truck as we spoke. I let him know apparently Jim Keim wanted to move product a lot more than they did. Jim Keim sold it for THREE THOUSAND less out the door than Ricart would. The fact that John Lee took the time to show us a truck after closing and on his was home and the willingness to deal made all the difference in closing the sae and went a long was for making a repeat customer. The ONLY thing I would change would to be to have Apple develop SYNC for Ford instead of Microsoft. Other than that, I am very happy with my truck. "

I have rarely come across such OUTSTANDING customer service, from the courteous personnel behind the counter to the service team just wanting to make sure I was happy. "I am reviewing the service department only, as I do not currently have experience with the sales end of the business.

I've been taking my seven year old Ford Taurus to this dealership for service for many years. With over 180,000 miles on my vehicle, it needs a little more service than others, in addition to the regular maintenance. Although it has an expired warranty, I hope to squeak a few more serviceable years and miles out of this car - I own it! Regular maintenance is the key to keeping the car running, especially as the miles start to creep up.

Each visit is consistent: check-in (where they determine what's wrong and if you're waiting or picking it up later), an official estimate that you read and sign, and then the wait. They seem to be pretty fast on services like oil changes, and obviously take more time for more in-depth stuff. My experience with this dealership's service department runs the gambit.

If you have to wait, they have a nice waiting area with a television set, a few tables and chairs and a small play area for children. They also have coffee for your caffeine fix, and bathrooms right next to that - perfect! I believe they have open Wi-Fi, but I also have my own aircard for Internet, so I don't use theirs that often.

If you can't wait, but you need to leave your car, they have an in-house rental car agency, which can be really helpful. I've had one or two insurance-related service events where the other driver's insurance paid for my rental car for a few days, and I appreciated having that inside the dealership. They've worked closely with the insurance agencies, too, so even less stress.

If your existing car is annoying you, you'll also be a few feet away from the sales department which would be more than happy to sell you a car or truck. The nice thing is that in all the years I've been going to Jim Keim, I've never been pressured - at all - to buy a new vehicle, when I'm perfectly happy with the one I own. There's a pretty good chance that if I decide to go with a Ford for my next car, it's this consistent lack of pressure that will make me feel comfortable buying my next car from this dealership. Neat how that works, eh?

If the amount of service is over the initial estimate, they will always call you. I believe this is a state law, but it's cool that they always do it, and take the time to explain the services and the prices over the phone. You agree, they continue work at the discussed price; you don't agree, and you settle up with a diagnostic charge, and you're on your way for a second opinion elsewhere.

They have a decent parts department, which seems pretty average on whether the part you need is in stock or not, but there are plenty of places for them to transfer/source parts from locally, so it's rarely more than a day or two on odd items.

Once the work is complete, they call you - I love their easy to remember number (888-3333) - and let you know you when you can pick it up.

I like bringing my car to the same dealership each time because they maintain a record of service and, in some cases, warranty information for things like tires. Jim Keim uses a nice computer system which keeps track of when each vehicle was in, and which work was performed. I'm sure this is standard across Ford's service departments nationwide, but it's just nice to know someone's keeping track.

Time flies, and I often forget auto-related items. This dealership sends me postcard reminders for upcoming service events. Sometimes these postcards also include coupons for specific items (discounts on service or products like tires) which I like.

One of the intangibles of this location that I appreciate a lot is that they seem to have really low turn-over. Same managers and employees have been around for many years. I like that. High turnover isn't a show-stopper by itself, but seeing the same people month after month gives confidence.

The cashiers are always cool, and learn to know their customers over time. I believe these are also the people who follow-up after the service, to make sure everything's okay.

Once, I had to work with the service manager and he was as helpful as he could be within the limitations of any business. I believe the issue was small, and the resolution ended up being a discount. Once out of countless times - not bad. In contrast, one dealership I went to before Jim Keim, which will remain nameless (mainly because I forget their name), kept leaving tools in my car. Like actual tools, in various hidden locations of my car. I believe I still have three or four tools from that place kicking around - from the same service event! I figure if I drive home and find a pair of vice grips attached to my motor, they're mine. No such oddities with Jim Keim, thankfully.

I've owned four cars over the years, and taken each of them to many dealerships across the country. This dealership is hands-down my most favorite."

If you have another employee that is half as good, effective and efficient as Mike Phillips, you should consider yourself lucky. "
